Select Specialization The first part is the identification of the type of designer that you require. This can either be Flash designer, Layout designer, HTML designer or any combination of above. You can get in touch with us so that we can help you with right sort of profile that will be most suitable. Select Billing Model Once you select on the appropriate designer profile, you can choose any of our billing models. Based on the volume of work that needs to be done, you can select the billing model that is most suitable to you. We currently offer hiring on Full-time, Part-time or Hourly Basis. Complete Payments Based on the billing model, we will expect you to make the advance payment for the designer. Upon receipt of the payments, we will allocate a designer and send the designer's portfolio to you for review. In case, you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will allocate a different designer immediately. Commence work Once everything is set, you can begin sending work to the designer directly. You will have access to our project manager who will help you work with the designer most efficiently and ensure daily progress updates. The work is carried on between 9:30 AM - 6 PM (Mon - Fri) at our development center in India. After the first month the invoice is sent to you between 2-5th of every month and this is due by 15 of the same month. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month. The notice period before termination of service or any individual employee has to be 15 days otherwise the billing for the whole month needs to be paid. |
